1586 reps this week. Today was the first session of the final week of the second rotation of our 20 week 531 program. :-) say that three times fast. Making gains all around. What used to be my 1 rep max on back squats is now done for reps. Push down weight is chasing/pushing @m4munson Bench press weight is getting easier. Dead hang pull ups are frustrating because they aren’t getting easier but I’m getting heavier so there’s that. Checked body fat percentage the other day and was pleasantly surprised to be just under 17%. Side bend weight is also going up and I can’t get sore anymore. Feeling good.
