If you’ve followed our blog for any amount of time, you’ll know fitness, nutrition and health are life long topics of interest and pursuits of ours. You’ll also know that we are huge proponents of a dietary approach called the Ketogenic Diet.
Simply put, the Ketogenic Diet is a nutritional protocol in which the majority of your calories come from fat (65-75%), then protein (25-30%) and minimal carbohydrates (5% or 25-50g per day). This protocol maximizes your metabolisms use of dietary fat and stored bodyfat, as well as the Ketone bodies from fatty acid break down, as fuel sources for your body.
Rather than try to re-write everything out on the Internet that has already in many cases been expertly written, we’ve created this page to provide you with links to what we consider the best resources should you choose to look into this and educate yourself on the topic.
