Paleo Mayo Recipe! 1 large egg yolk, 1/4 tsp salt and Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp white vinegar, 3/4 c avocado oil. Put all ingredients except avocado oil in bowl and whisk until combined. Slowly pour avocado oil in while whisking vigorously and until completely emulsified. Tada!
