We’ve been heading back towards a keto diet for a while. Sloughing off all the junk. Cleaning up recipes. Getting real about the numbers. The most important thing is feeling better. That’s the constant goal. It’s not enough to age. I want to feel good in my joints, feel strong in my workouts. We’ve done it purely for aesthetic reasons before but that’s not enough. With more information out and more science and research (and more time in for our part realizing what all we don’t actually need in our lives to be happy) has us ramped up for this.
