Garage Gym Set Up

If you are interested in setting up your garage to be able to do strength training, CrossFit, renegade/underground, I’m available for consultation.

Over the past 20+ years, Pam and I have found ourselves favoring training in our garage.  After selling our CrossFit gym the Summer of 2013, we outfitted our garage to handle all the training we want.  Since then, we have helped quite a few people set theirs up as well.

My services range from 1-time consultation all the way to completely taking care of the task for you including ordering and set up in your garage.
